Career Watch - Second fights
It's another couple of sub-par opponents for Hamsun and Wergeland, but Wergeland might have to work hard...
Henrik Wergeland vs. hello say spider to a fly (1-0-0 0/0) - 5'6", from loosers inc
I've only got one fight to go on here, but this looks like a fighter it'll be tough to wear out. He still didn't need to rest after 12 rounds of jabbing, and although he didn't have to endure much punishment from his opponent, it means that he'll have at least 17-18 cond. But since I hate jabbing contests, I'm still gonna try! :) He can't have much strength, and considering he's probably going to be jabbing again, I'm gonna go hard at his body in the beginning. I'm hoping to steal a round or two to make him increase his aggression. If I can't win those rounds, it means that he's speedier than I thought, and therefore not as much agility or conditioning, so that should make it easier to wear him out.
It's potentially an embarrassing fight, since I have to be a little bit careful. Suddenly he turns up with a couple points KP, so I can't let my defense drop too low. I'm not too worried about it though, so hopefully this will be Wergeland's second notch in the belt.
Knut Hamsun vs. Dan Parsons (1-2-0 1/2) - 4'10", from Dan16
Another BK-jabber, and thus : No match for Hamsun. I'm sorry but there's not much to say here.... BK is all about wearing your opponent out, while watching your own endurance, so you'll last 25 rounds. This means that you must watch the amount of endurance you lose due to fatigue, and jabbing is not the way to do that....
