Christmas cracks under pressure - again!

No sooner had NewsFlash booked a seat at ringside before Peekaboo`s "New Kind of Christmas" 2001 (17-4-3) promptly came to a crashing end of his win streak with an 11th round KO loss to Biomechanic Bastard (12-2-0) who retained his title.

It all started out well for Christmas as he won the early rounds, but once Bastard started throwing powerful punches to Christmas' head things went bad. Christmas was having obvious problems with the assault and was stunned round after round and soon found his lead withered away. A last ditch attempt to turn the tide just made it worse and a big right right cross sent Christmas flat on his back and was counted out.

New Kind of Christmas' fans now openly voice their concerns over his apparent lack of mental toughness. Sections of the fans claim to have pinpointed the problem: "I'm sure his problems are related to his move to Finland. Living among an entire nation of people with dilutions that Santa lives in Finland is sure to mess with your mind. Especially when you're called 'New Kind of Christmas'!", a fan said to NewsFlash.
