His next fight against Martin Magic could be a defining momoment in his career as he still needs to step up the competition a bit to show his true ability.See the unofficial ranking here Ant Race Decided?As Martin Antwort stumbled to a suprising loss to Bloody Ernie of Tshernobyl Raiders it appears that tnt-Ant can now finish this by himself without interference from other Ants if he can survive against the opposition at the top of the ranking. Next in line is Aggerud DemonstrANT and Concept Ant Hology and of those there can be only one as they square off to decide who should be front runner in the desperate attempt at catching up to tnt-Ant. Further down the fight is still fierce among the Ants but it's unlikely that any of them will make it to the top in time. |
Jander to Dethrone Ellis?As David Ellis padded his record with his 16th title after yet another showdown with Sten Haard it was Anders Jander who was on everybody's lips. Fighting the last fight of the undercard before the title fight Jander defeated Mansour by way of DQ. That win pushed him up to 2nd spot in the rankings and a challenger for David Ellis' title, passing Sten Haard who drops to third. Janders manager was quick to step in and try to take the pressure off his fighter, even before the fight, by calling him the most unworthy fighter at that rank of all times. Nonetheless the managers of Jander and Ellis quickly set up a date to discuss a possible title fight for Jander as it seems unlikely that WeBL will sanction yet another defence for Ellis against Sten Haard.A New Smack King!Not long after the Scandinavian Smack King has left for contenders a new one signs the contract to fill his shoes. At this point little is known about this man, but judging from his performance at the open workout for the press he appears to be a bit more trimmed and in shape than the previous one. He starts his career under the management of Vinterviken Fight Club who has been given the responsibility of getting his career off to a good start. He appear to be confident and stated: "I am here to take you on, and to take you out" before heading to the shower. Leif "Super Stud" Stathagen of Le Grand Danois wasn't impressed though and replied from his retirement home: "I promise you`ll become the royal jester instead".Stampy Closes Gym!At a brief press conference Stampy announced his decision to close shop and step down from management for now: "I think it`s time for my gym to be closed.. I may return.. maybe some day.." The statement came as a shock to the Scandinavian community and many managers expressed their disbelief and hopes for a change of mind. Stampy later stated that he would now focus on his career as a fighter under the management of Democratic Republic of Aggerud. |
